The company has advanced ceramic forming and sintering equipment such as isostatic press, injection molding machine, dry press, high temperature sintering furnace, as well as internal and external circular grinding, flap grinding, centerless grinding, surface grinding, CNC engraving machine, polishing machine, laser cutting Machines and other high-precision machining equipment can fully meet the dimensional accuracy and output requirements of customers.
The company is also equipped with CAD/CAXA/Solidworks and other product design, data analysis and manufacturing software to complete the design needs of customers, provide professional OEM and ODM services, and can be customized according to the drawings or samples provided by customers, with an accuracy of +-0.005mm, The surface finish can be polished to mirror Ra0.1.

Aug. 2014
Set up the foreign trade department to sell the ceramic products directly to foreign customers. This will help customers to reduce the cost compared with the middlemen.
2013
Added one set spray prilling tower which can produce 10 tons ceramic powder per day and can be used in dry pressing process. It’s a meaningful measure which means Shengda Ceramic can produce the ceramic parts from the raw materials to final products all by ourselves.
2011
Purchased 12sets 15 tons and 3sets 25 tons drying pressing machines to expand to production capacity in dry pressing moulding methods. In the same year, our products was audited by QW, and began to cooperate formally;

Extend our factory to expand the production capacity. Also, built one set roller kiln and one set pusher kiln to sintering the ceramic parts;
